How much does shipping cost? When will I receive my order?

Only one shipping and handling fee will be charged no matter how many books are ordered - they must be ordered at the same time & shipped to the same location.

There is no sales tax for orders shipped within the United States. Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to Canada, however, no additional fees (duties, customs) will be collected upon delivery.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard, or you may pay through PayPal (includes Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and checking account). All prices are in U.S. funds.

How will I know that you received my order and when my order has been shipped?

You will receive confirmation from us by Email as soon as your order is received, and again the day your order is shipped. When available, a tracking number will be sent to you via Email.

What is your return policy?

We know how important a gift of My Personal Memory Book is to you, and we stand behind it 100%.

If, for any reason, you are not absolutely delighted and satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 60-days for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs – no questions asked.

I placed an order and then changed my mind or realized I made a mistake? What should I do?

We pride ourselves on our ability to ship orders quickly; because of this your book may be printed within hours of placing your order. PLEASE double-check your Email confirmation, which you will receive right after you place your order, and contact us right away if you see any errors.

I just received my order and see a mistake. Can I get a replacement?

We understand that everyone makes mistakes. Please take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully; we will send you an Email confirmation as well. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we will print and ship you a new book at a discount.

Of course if we made the error we will send a replacement book promptly at no charge to you.

Do you ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses?

At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada.

We do, however, accept orders for shipment to APO/FPO addresses. Orders to these addresses are promptly shipped via Priority Mail.

Is gift wrapping available?

At this time we do not offer additional gift wrapping services.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a receipt from us by e-mail. No invoice will be sent with your order.

Will you be publishing books prior to 1922?

We're sorry but we will not be publishing books prior to 1922 this year (2017).

Can I have the book shipped to an alternate address?

YES! During the checkout procedure we have provided a place for you to specify the address where you would like the book delivered. 

Are my personal details and payment information secure?
